Robert A. Bracken
Bob is a former law clerk and tipstaff to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino. Before joining the firm, he was an associate in the commercial litigation department of a large Philadelphia-based law firm.
Bob has a diverse practice in business litigation, employment issues, product liability, medical malpractice and personal injury.
Recently, Bob worked to obtain significant monetary sanctions for the obstruction of the discovery process. Ultimately, with his assistance, the case settled for a significant sum.
Before pursuing a career in the law, Bob played professional baseball in Pensacola, Florida.
