Jason A. Archinaco
Jason has handled a wide variety of complex and cutting edge legal matters. Early in his career, he was involved in one of the first domain name squatting disputes. Following that case, he continued to litigate complex commercial matters, often adding his own creative flair. He was the first attorney in the United States to advance wiretap claims for the theft of email. He also handled the first virtual property lawsuit in the United States that was widely discussed in the national media.
Jason has tried numerous cases to verdict and has handled cases with both local and national significance. In several cases, he has established the destruction of electronic or paper documents. In one case, he obtained sanctions in excess of $500,000 against his opponent for destroying evidence.
Jason’s cases have been reported on in many publications, including the Business Week, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal. He has been often quoted and interviewed.
As early as 2005, Jason was designated a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star. Since that time, he has obtained several eight figure verdicts and settlements.
