Treatment Center TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Please allow this to be our letter of reference for Ms. Kimiko Barkley. She has been our advertising agent ever since December 1997. At that time we started with one commercial and one television station. Since then Kim has helped Greenbriar expand our advertising program into billboards, radio and to create many other television commercials. We are currently on seven television stations and have several different commercials that Kimiko has helped us to develop and edit. In the very first month of our television ad campaign we increased our revenue by $90,000 for only $7,500.00 in additional advertising expenses. On one particularly busy day we logged more than 120 calls coming in from people needing help with chemical dependency problems. We have set an all time record for the number of patients admitted in any single month since we opened in 1985. In those 14 years we have tried all types of advertising: radio, billboards, newspapers, direct mailing, in house trainings, magazines, and even some television. Nothing we have ever done in the past has had the success and impact of the 15-second and 30-second commercials program from K. Barkley & Associates, Inc. The service we receive from Kimiko could not be any better. She helps us design our commercials, coordinates the production, and keeps us informed at every step. The results are great commercials at an affordable price and an increase in business that far exceeds our expectations. We will be using K.
